Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos |
The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrub action your mop makes use of. |
A mapping function can help your robot navigate around rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles will stop it from running into furniture, wires, or stray toys. These are essential features for my house, filled with toys that are scattered about. |
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra |
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets, plants and other small objects. |
The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it becoming stuck on objects. |
Mopping capabilities are also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide a deep clean. It also has mop lifter that lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate or hardwood flooring, as well as carpet or rugs to avoid soaking the soft surfaces. |
The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be used for rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it to forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion. |
This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop- and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried. |
It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's costly. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very appealing option for anyone who wants to ditch their old stick vacuums and mop. If you are able to justify the cost, we highly recommend checking this one out. |

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra |
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system. |
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the home. It removed 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops were also great in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution. |
The L10S Ultra's real selling point is its advanced multifunctional docking station. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its intelligent controls allow you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions. |
In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tried, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. In addition the mops aren't adept at removing staining that is as strong as those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra. |
Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned and the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads, which are bought separately will need to be replaced periodically too. |
With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality, I would recommend it to anyone who has the funds for it. For those who are on a smaller budget, I suggest considering a less basic model that allows you to save money while still enjoying clean hands at your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can find however, its cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a want rather than a requirement. |

3. Eufy S1 Pro |
If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet mess, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power and a huge battery capacity to power both vacuuming and mowing, and top-notch obstacles-avoiding. It also comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself while moving and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean to clean the mop pad. |
The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller covers the full width of the bot, and it is constantly supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. While it spins, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station, which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements and dumped into a larger storage canister. The onboard tank can hold a good amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before rushing out. |
As with most robotic vacuums and mop combos, the S1 Pro is ready to take it out from the box. The S1 Pro does need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done in the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to dock. If you do select this option you'll have to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other [robot vacuum Mops](https://www.robotvacuummops.uk/) brands that permit you to use your own cleaner of choice. |
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did most robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this can be improved when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for affordable prices. |

4. Roborock Qrevo |
The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it has some outstanding features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads as they go. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets. |
The app that runs the appliance is complex, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and take care to clean everything that is that the device maps, or you can select particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've set up. There are a number of mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the space. |
The Qrevo did well in our tests, like the other Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is solid it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat manner. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels or electrical wires. |
The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be a problem for people who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. You can make use of the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition, and it helps the robot to get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors. |
